I also had a problem with ignition getting stuck. The mechanic told me he was going to call me the next morning with an estimate on the repair. I have never heard from him since I picked my car up.
While driving down I-95 the muffler on my car rotted away. I took my car to this shop and they were able to get the part and install it within a few hours of me dropping the car off. The price was extremely reasonable for the turn around time.

I had transmission issues and after they finished my car would shake like it was falling apart. I brought it back and they could not replicate the issue as they were revving the engine like crazy when releasing the clutch but another mechanic checked it out and said that they never replaced or cut the flywheel. I went back and they said that the flywheel is fine and that there is nothing wrong with my car.

The service tech Chris was extremely friendly, and clearly explained what work had to be done to get it working again. Since then I have had no issues and the car works fine.
Also after I got it back my car had a rattle in it and when I tried to show it to the mechanic when he was driving it he said that he was not able to hear it.
CANNOT TRUST THEM. Brought my car in with an obvious problem. Heater core leak, antifreeze on the floor inside the car. They insisted on performing cooling system pressure test anyway to find any other leaks. Charged me about $100 for the test which was NOT performed. The heater core was bypassed, but there are still two minor leaks which they did not say anything about. The reason they did not mention the leaks is that they never saw them since the pressure test that I paid for was not done.
