Once again we had a great experience visiting George Harte Nissan. We had excellent service on our 2017 Nissan Pathfinder, when we went in for a routine oil change. However the service you receive is far better than routine, they even vacuum the car and clean your windows! While you wait you can enjoy complementary coffee, soda and snacks! Rob Mayne and his staff are professional, courteous and kind. In the spirit of the season, the staff donated their time and bought gifts for children. Our son was excited to receive one at the end of our visit! Great people work at George Harte Nissan and they make you feel like family.
Excellence service, the staff helps you understand what is going on with your car when it gets serviced. Very prompt with timing and will help you out with rides if your car needs to be serviced for a long period of time. Just recently traded in a 2015 Pathfinder and got a new 2017 Pathfinder with no hassle with any paperwork or hidden fees. Cesar Barbagallo was my sales guy. From the moment I walked into the store, he was very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. He offered me water while I waited for him to pull the car, that I was interested in. He went out and beyond for me. I told him my needs for a car, that I travel a lot and that I need a reliable vehicle. He was able to help me with the process and find the vehicle that matched my needs. I also wore a short sleeve shirt, and many times he offered his jacket to me. Very nice, and humble guy. I would recommend him to anyone that is in need of a car. I will refer him to my friends and family that would want excellent service.
I am extremely happy with my recent visit to George Harte Nissan. My wife, kids and I recently upgraded to a full size sedan it would not have been such a smooth, pleasant transaction if it wasn't for Justin Chandler. We were greeted by a warming smile the moment we pulled in the parking lot, he truly worked with us to see what kind of car would fit my family and I the best.
